I am requesting a full refund I purchased the plugin about an hour ago. During that time it has been nothing but difficulty. I downloaded from the dashboard it did not allow me to add the key. But it did break my site. Started process over after restoring the site. Once again the key area is still greyed out. Confirm I did download from the dashboard. Again site breaks. Again did a complete restore. The plugin doesn't seem to be compatible and I can't afford my site down any longer. Https://neeceeblogs.monster. I did add the site in the dashboard also. Lack of instruction also not acceptable.

Hi Denise,

Sorry about all that trouble, let me please ask a couple of things:

1.
I downloaded from the dashboard it did not allow me to add the key.
There's no need to add any key. Just download the zip and install using WP installer. The key will be useful later for updates. I suspect you may have been trying to enter a key in the community version to "unlock" features.

2.
But it did break my site.
What do you mean by that? what happened that required a site restore?

3.
Once again the key area is still greyed out.
That would be the sign you're still using the community version.

4.
Lack of instruction also not acceptable.
We have a lot of instructions. See the documentation page here.

But the key point "it broke my site". I am confused that can happen as weeblrAMP has no effect normally on your site, it's only active on AMP pages. I'd be glad to know what you saw on your screen when the site was broken.

To save time - and this applies to each and any WordPress plugin, instead of restoring your site - which is time consuming, you can always disable a faulty plugin with FTP or your hosting company control panel to instantly recover access.

Best regards

So I downloaded the app in the dashboard. Uploaded it is my WordPress. The options still say upgrade. If there is a community version I got it from the dashboard. There are three files there. I downloaded each. None are labeled community.
As for what do I mean by break. Is that after I was in the settings and it said upgrade I backed out of settings. Each time I do this it ends in fatal error.
My site is already completely amp. I purchased this plugin because in a review I read it would give me additional customization options without having to add additional code.
I am currently waiting for the third restore to complete now.

As for instructions my point is that nothing is addressing the fact that I downloaded the plugin from the dashboard and it still says upgrade. I have seen other questions about this and the answer is always download from purchase area. So no indication on how to move forward.

Is it due to standalone being experimental? I do not want double pages created? Is that the problem? Either way. This isn't working for me. Just request a refund.

Hi

As for instructions my point is that nothing is addressing the fact that I downloaded the plugin from the dashboard and it still says upgrade. I have seen other questions about this and the answer is always download from purchase area. So no indication on how to move forward.
That is correct. There's only one way to obtain the paid version:

1. Download from the download area:

2. Use the WordPress plugin installer to install the downloaded zip file:

And then enable the plugin when prompted to do so by WordPress. Is this what you are doing?

I downloaded the plugin from the dashboard
Do you mean you downloaded it from the dashboard of your website admin? from the WordPress plugins repository? That's where you get the free of charge plugins, not full versions.

Each time I do this it ends in fatal error.
That's the key point, the only one that can help: what is the error? what is the full message you get? which file, which line, which error?

My site is already completely amp.
OK, got it. You cannot have 2 AMP plugins. I assume you are running the standard WordPress AMP plugin but you can't do that. Even if you install weeblrAMP, it will not enable itself if the WP AMP plugin is running. I suspect the error is coming from a conflict between the 2.

If your site is already AMP with the standard AMP plugin, then you should not go any further and we'll proceed with refund right away.

Best regards

Yes I had removed the original amp plugin. Yours is reviewed as being better then the the official. But it's not playing nice with my already amp pages. I'm sorry for the trouble.

Hi

OK, no problem. Again, without the actual error, not much can be done. I can see the site is still down, if you were to set WP_DEBUG to false, you could probably see the error actually.

Best regards

Hi again,

By the way, your site is indeed AMP but it is invalid AMP so the site cannot be indexed by Google as AMP. You should always use validation tools and fix the problems if you want your AMP pages be indexed.

It is also rather slow, with a TTFB of more than 5 secs (from western Europe) so you may want to look at trying to optimize that as well.

Best regards
