#36 – Refund request

 We purchased your Amp pro plugin but it is not displaying our site on mobile devices as required. No themes to select from. Only one theme that comes with it which the color is different from our corporate colors.

I am a bit confused. It is NOT supposed to display AMP pages on mobiles. That's not how AMP works. I suspect the plugin is working just fine, can you provide a link to your site?

Sorry, forgot to reply to the other part of your phrase:

Only one theme that comes with it which the color is different from our corporate colors.

The plugin visual aspect is highly customizable, you can change pretty much any color of most parts of the output. Did you have any issue doing that?

We checked the customize setting page but found no color to select that would represent our corporate colors.
Are you suggesting we should use coding to select our colors?

What do you mean by "color to select that represent our corporate colors"? Here is a screenshot of how to select the header background color, for instance:



You can select absolutely any color that exists, so this is why I don't understand what you mean by " found no color to select that would represent our corporate colors.". You can either type a full color (ie #abcd12), or select a color in the color selector.

No, I mean you can simply select colors for the various parts of the AMP version, to best match your corporate colors. That is exactly what the Customize section is for. (You can also use coding if you wish, but there is not reason to do that normally).
