 Two questions:

(1) Supported forms programs appear to be activated by default. They work on my non amp and have not been deactivate in your settings, yet no forms programs work on AMP pages. Can you solve this problem for me?
(2) I ran a test on my amp pages in Google Search Console and a structural error is reported on three pages as a warning. Can you help to correct this?

Thank you.

Hi

1 - We cannot solve any issue without information on the site, the pages, etc As a reminder, CF7, Gravity and WPForms should work within some limits, ie anything involving javascript cannot and will not work on the AMP version.

2 - Again, not without data, actual pages, etc

In any case, you are on public forum, where we can only reply to pre-sale questions.

We provide support to our subscribers through our helpdesk.
After logging in, please open a ticket describing as clearly as possible the problem you're experiencing.

Thanks and regards

Thank you. The reason I posted the questions here is that I have no access to your support and I don't want to subscribe if I cannot be sure your plugin will work for me. I would be glad to provide all the information you require if you are willing to try to help me determine if WeeblrAMP is compatible with mt website. Again, thank you.

Hi

ok but if you're using the Community version of weeblrAMP, it has no support for forms plugins so forms not working is expected.

There's no way for us to know if your site is "compatible" with our plugin because AMP is such a complicated thing with many technical restrictions. I can probably guarantee you that several things will need custom work and adjustments to the features your site has.

You also need to know that nothing that comes from your theme can be used on the AMP version. So some custom CSS will likely be needed and you may have to write or have someone write template overrides in some cases.

So the only way to go is to just go ahead and test within the context of your site.

Best regards

That answers a lot of my questions. Can we communicate privately, or do you want me to continue to post here.

OK.

Here are the things I am trying to resolve:
Your AMP plugin seems to be working very well with my website and I want to purchase a license. But here are my issues:
(1) I need WPforms to be functioning properly. Of course I will need to purchase a license to test it, but if it can't be made to work I would like a refund.
(2) I have run all my blog post amp pages (each a page in length) through Google Search Engine's live analysis tool. The tool reports that all are valid and no errors or warning are reported.
(3) I have run all my pages through Google's tool as well. All pages report the same warning, "Error in required structured data element". Can Weeblr help me to resolve that?
(4) I have nine pages that feature an IDX search for properties listed for sale. I am a real estate broker. The pages work, but all the code is thrown on the page along with the text. Only the text should be displayed. Also, the formatting is not correct and photos are not displayed. I have my IDX provider checking into that. But can someone from Weeblr look at that too? You guys are much more familiar with your plugin, and AMP in general, so I am hoping an obvious solution will pop out at you. If this issue is not resolved, I am willing to simply run non-amp versions of these pages.

To summarize, I want to purchase a license for your plugin. However I would like assurances that you will make best efforts to resolve (1) and (3) for me and that you will at least make an honest attempt to see what can be done with (4). If both (1) and (3) are not resolved for some reason, would you be willing to refund my purchase price and let me look for a solution elsewhere?
