We currently do not have the ability to force AMP for mobile users, so our plugin cannot replace your mobile site. Enabling AMP on your site will, however, provide a better experience for mobile users for those coming from Google or Bing for instance, as they will see the AMP version, which will be faster, at least for the first load.
You have a lot of javascript that loads and this certainly slows down your site.

However, note that TTFB is 4.5 seconds in our single test, which means a large part of the problem is your server being too slow. If the slowness is in your theme, then using AMP will be good because we won't use your theme. If the server is just too slow for WooCommerce, then using AMP will not help you.

Note also that as will any AMP project, you will have to work on your AMP version look and customization so that it looks similar to your standard website (again, your site theme will NOT be used on the AMP version).
