 Hola ayer 16.04.18 pagamos US69 dos veces por error al comprar su plugins, mediante nuestra tarjeta de credito terminada en 8984 . La compra la realizamos desde chile y su pagina mostraba algun problema. No recibimos confirmacion de compra ni comprobante alguno, sin embargo si nos permitieron descargar los archivos del plugins, los cuales subimos a nuestra pagina web y funcionan correctamente. El problema es que pagamos dos veces el servicio por lo que le solicitamos nos devuelvan la suma de US$69.

Many thanks for your purchase. I can see that you indeed have purchased 2 subscriptions. I have just refunded the second one, please allow at least a week before you can see that on your credit card statement.

I will investigate why you did not receive a confirmation. You should have immediatetely received an email message, with details about your subcriptions and useful links. Many thanks for reporting that and very sorry about the trouble.

Can I ask why you purchased a second time?
