Hi

1 - Which exact versions of WP and Gravity are you using?
2 - What is the full and real URL of the form?

Best regards

Hi

OK so the first thing you'll do is update to the latest dev version, from the development versions download area. I'll be looking testing your sub form. My testing on our test sites work fine, GF are submitted normally.

Best regards

Hmmm

I see in the source code:

<div><div class="ampforwp-gf-loading"></div></div>
		<div submit-success="" class="amp-form-status-success-new">
			<template type="amp-mustache"><div class="ampforwp-form-status amp_gravity_success">

				{{#message}} <div class="ampforwp-merge-tag"> {{{message}}} </div>

What is ampforwp code doing on this page?

Best regards

I had to buy that plugin because at the time the GF form submissions were not working, and also it was not possible at the time to upload attachments inside Gravity Forms via AMP.

I have updated to the latest version of WeeblrAMP: Version 1.12.1.758

How long must I wait before I can test again as currently it is still not working and I assume the AMP CDN takes a while to refresh?

Thanks

Hi

If another AMP plugin is enabled on the site, I cannot do anything.

How long must I wait before I can test again as currently it is still not working and I assume the AMP CDN takes a while to refresh?
You are testing on your site, the AMP cache is not used or involved in any way.

Best regards

I have disabled AMP for GRAVITY FORMS.
Please give me detailed instructions on how to test it now that I have updated to the latest weeblr version and disabled the other AMP plugin?
This problem requires support so please help me.

Hi

I'm not sure I follow you. Just test the form? About to do it myself.

Best regards

Testing the form on the desktop version is not the issue. It works.
The AMP version on mobile is the problem and not submitting the form.
How can I test the AMP version while on a pc?

Hi again

How can I test the AMP version while on a pc?
Well, you go to the URL of the amp page, https://appdevelopmentninjas.com/contact-us/amp

There's no thing special about AMP, it's just another page on your site. You can view it on mobile, desktop, tablet, it only depends on the URL of the page you are asking for.

Anyway, I tested my self and found out that your server responds with a 406 error:

That looks like a change/update in server configuration - possibly a plugin on your WP site but more likely server side, by your hosting company if you do not manage your server.

I would:

- just to be sure, disable plugins on your site, at least those recently updated, to be sure none is interfering
- then talk to your hosting company and ask them to look at the logs to find out what triggered a 406 error.

Best regards

Hi

Please read my response above. Further to this:

on mobile I still get an error: Something went wrong. Please try again later.
This is not about mobile or desktop, just about the URL you are requesting.

Best regards

Thank you, the issue was resolved by contacting HostGator.
They say it was a sec mode issue and they whitelisted the site which solved the issue.
Thank you very much for helping me resolve this.
Have a great day.
